Prune Truffels for big and small

Ingredients
  • 12 pitted prunes
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds (hulled)
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. Cacao powder (raw)
  • 1 tsp. Spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup (optional)
  • ⅓ cup Almonds
  • 3 tbsp. Hemp Seeds (for decoration)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in high speed food processor
  2. Roll into balls
  3. dip them in hemp seeds
  4. Fridge for 15 min.
  5. Serve
Notes
Almonds can be swopped for other nuts such as pistachio, cashew. Other superfoods such as macca, leucuma powder can be added.
