Serves: 1 large loaf
Ingredients
  • 450 milliliters Water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 400 gram Brown bread flour blend
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 50 g seeds ( hemp, linseed, sunflower
  • 1 tablespoon flaxmeal
  • 1 tsp. psyllium husk
Instructions
  1. Mix the wet ingredients first
  2. Place wet ingredients in bread maker
  3. Place all the dry ingredients in bread maker
  4. Turn the bread maker on
  5. Bake the bread
Notes
This recipie includes various seeds to increase protein and the fibre content of thre bread. Not only is it great for the digestive system, but also adds a moist and crunchy feel to the bread.
